New product: Cotral Lab launches its new smart PPE: IT1 

PRESS RELEASE: April 2023 marks a new era for the French company, located in Normandy, as they introduce worldwide a new range of smart PPE after being successfully tested over a year in Sweden.  IT1 is a Bluetooth personal protective equipment (PPE) designed to protect employees from noise-related hazards while still being connected to their smartphones or other Bluetooth equipped devices.

IT1 is an innovative, high performing solution that combines custom-made hearing protections with a communication device. Users can use this to make and receive calls, hands-free, while still being protected. The experienced R&D team at Cotral Lab has developed this new product to meet the specific needs of its customers.

With Bluetooth technology built into this hearing protection, employees can be perfectly connected while also remaining protected from noise hazards. 

With the IT1, employees can make and receive calls hands-free, allowing them to continue their activities freely.

The protection is custom-made, from ear impressions, with 3D technology, and designed with extreme precision, to guarantee comfort and efficiency. IT1 combines these hearing protectors with features that allow the user to communicate in any type of noisy environment without having to remove their PPE.

It is resistant to water and dust, with an 11-hour battery-life, compatibility with other PPE (helmets, goggles, etc.) and perfectly meets the environmental and professional constraints of companies. IT1 is a lightweight, easy-to-use device that offers employees an intuitive user experience.
